I Have Your Package

Is that text, e-mail, phone call or the note left at your door from a “real” delivery driver?

New package delivery scams purportedly from “professional-sounding” delivery drivers that cannot find your house.  If you did not order anything – they will try to convince you that someone sent you a gift.

If you receive an e-mail about rescheduling delivery or a package delivery attempt sticker on your front door. What is their goal? Basically, it is to get you to provide personal information or simply click on a link that they provide.

Contact the seller or delivery service using a verified phone number.  Under no circumstances use numbers or links provided by the potential hacker | scammer.
