How is WorkMagic organized to meet responsibility requirements?

WorkMagic has always been committed to being a good corporate citizen. Patricia Gonzalez Johnson, Managing Partner of WorkMagic, established this commitment as one of WorkMagic's principles dated back in the 1990s. As a result, Corporate Responsibility has been embedded throughout the company through its corporate policies, its management systems by which those policies are implemented, its business conduct guidelines and WorkMagic's values. Accordingly, WorkMagic does not have a separate organization with the role of corporate responsibility - aside from the rest of the business. The programs and responsibilities for meeting our Corporate Responsibility objectives are integrated throughout the business.
